of the property at 1472 Springs Road
from a Rural (Outer Plains) Zone to a Living
3 (Rural Residential) Zone with associated
amendments to the Selwyn District Plan.

Due to the resignation of the Campground
Manager, Council have now resumed
interim management of this site.
The following arrangements have been put

from 12th October until further notice
Registration & Payment of Camp Fees
Campground Fees can only be paid via the
honesty box system and no change will
be given. Fees will be collected by Selwyn
District Councils Reserves Ranger who
will also regularly patrol the campground.
Details of the fees and the registration
system are available on site.
Non payment of fees will result in immediate
eviction from the campground.
No advance bookings will be taken, so
sites can be occupied on a first come first
served basis. The only exceptions are the
sites that have been booked prior to 12th
October 2012 as detailed below:

If you are a casual user please ensure that
you do not camp on these sites during the
periods indicated above.
As from 12th October 2012 no further
long-term camping over 28 consecutive
days will be allowed unless specifically
approved in writing by Selwyn District
Council. All existing long-term camping
will be honoured.
The campground rules must be observed
at all times. Any breaches will result in
immediate eviction from the campground.
Ablution Block, Kitchen Cleaning,
Garden & General Maintenance
Council contractors will carry out this
function until further notice.

The Selwyn Dog Training Club --
will use the Rolleston Dog Park for a
dog obedience competition over the weekend
of 10 and 11 November from approximately
7.30am to 4.00pm. The park will be closed
for off-lead dog exercise during these times.
The Club is happy for people to come and
watch the competition, but spectators with
dogs are asked to keep them on a lead and
well away from the competition area.
